Warm days helped to richen this luxurious style of Chardonnay. The cool coastal breezes in the evening gave the wine the opportunity to be nicely balanced between the fresh fruit and crisp acid components. The grapes were hand-picked at the peak of ripeness and barrel fermented in French oak. It was also aged on the lees for one year. This Chardonnay has rich texture that is crisp and refreshing.
